Une exposition à destination du très jeune public, conçue en août 2024 pour le Centre d’art Ile MoulinSart, à Fillé dans la Sarthe.
La médiation a été intégrée à la création, avec des ateliers, des lectures dans l’exposition et chez les partenaires du centre (bibliothèque et crèches).

L’expo comprenait :

Un village, qui offrait des murs pour se cacher, des fenêtres qui se répondent, des ruelles pour se croiser, des coins de rues pour se rencontrer comme par hasard. Le village était équipé de moyens de communication sophistiqués : de longs tuyaux permettaient de chuchoter de maison en maison, ou de s’échanger des objets par toboggan direct.

Des jeux de construction créés à partir d’objets de récupération. Tout est permis, tant que la sécurité et le respect de tout le monde sont garantis

This immersive exhibition focuses on early years, with an integrative approach to art education, taking into account children, the grown-ups around them, and the various social context in which they can be reached.
The project comprises :
– An artist’s residency in the Centre d’art Ile MoulinSart  (an old water mill turned into a beautiful art and social center) to experiment, build and create the exhibition.
– Workshops in surrounding daycares and libraries, to take to project out of the art center to children and grown-ups (parents and practitioners)
– Facilitation of workshops within the exhibition, with families and practitioners as well.

The exhibition is a village, with walls to hide, windows to say hello through, street corners to happily bump into each other. The houses are equipped with the best of high-tech communication means : long, bright yellow pipes to whisper secrets, gossip and stories to our neighbors.
